Maupin Store – End of an Era

The Maupin Brothers store in Free Union was raised June 2021. Built circa 1966 this Free Union icon will leave lasting memories in all those that lived in the area. Wild flowers were planted where it stood and plans for the future use of the land are uncertain. Possibly for parking for a proposed country store in the old Hucksteps Garage.
