  • Free Union Post Office Celebrates Black History Month

    February 1, 2017 | News
  • For the second year Free Union Post Master Evette Barton has set a Black History month display. Local residents, the students of Free Union Country school grades KG to 5th grade, as well as students from the Mennonite (Mission Home) come out for discussions. This year the feature is Dorothy Height and people are learning about her contributions to history from Evette, who is outgoing, outspoken and always has a smile and a hug as she keeps young and old engaged in our community.
